"Critical care team"

About: Rapid Response Teams / Rapid response team Derry/ Londonderry

(as a relative),

Our father came home from hospital 2 weeks ago after 5 months in hospital. He had a temperature and the critical care team were called out. We cannot say how much we appreciate their visits. The team are so professional and communication about our fathers condition has been excellent. We can't thank the team enough for the hard work they do and the care they are providing for him.
