"Excellent post-operative care"

I had surgery late in March and have needed to attend Parkside for regular packing and dressing changes. The care I received has been excellent, with nurses showing great compassion and knowledge, giving me advice and confidence as my recovery has progressed. They have also come in early and worked through lunch to fit me in, which is truly going above and beyond. I attribute my speedy recovery to their care and attention. I would also like to recognise the reception team who not only managed to fit me in for so many appointments but also called me to offer appointments when other patients had cancelled. They also managed to book me in elsewhere at weekends for dressing changes, which was so helpful. I have been registered at Parkside for almost 25 years now and the Practice continues to provide healthcare of the highest quality.
