"Poor receptionist"

About: Grange Farm Medical Centre

I have been suffering for many weeks and avoiding calling the clinic due to a previous painful experience with one of the receptionists. I called for serious symptoms; the receptionist was rude, careless and patronising. I was shocked how an NHS health care access point would patronisingly speak to a polite patient who is in a great pain and in a vulnerable condition. Very poor communication. While my experience with the doctors and nurses was excellent throughout my many years with the clinic, the clinic is really let down by this receptionist. The receptionist showed no interest in my health, no empathy and not even a polite approach to communicating. Unfortunately, my trust is shattered.
