"Worst practice with horrible phone services"

About: Clover Group Practice (Darnall)

After waiting over an hour in the online phone queue, the receptionist tells me there is no appointments left and go to another hub? Ridiculous of them.

I am sorry if you’ve had a wait for the phones to be answered. We do have a call back facility where the phone system will call when you have reached the front of the queue, this saves waiting on the phone. Simply select the appropriate number when prompted.

As well as appointments in the practice, there are a range of appointments available at the hubs including Doctor, Nurse and Nurse Practitioner for example. This provides more flexibility for appointments.
