We went on line to print off my Mum’s COVID vaccination record. But we discovered that her record had not been updated with her booster vaccination.
We phoned the helpline (0808 196 8565) number and spoke to Kieran. We never got the chance to thank him personally for his kind, professional and efficient handling of our issue.
At the time of calling we were panicked and concerned about the time it might take to rectify the record. But Kieran followed through, kept us informed and resolved our issue. Another example as to the amazing work our NHS Teams and Care Workers, do for us in their many varied roles.
Neither should we as users of these services forget we too have responsibilities and on this occasion - ours was to have checked all our Vaccination records sooner than we did. So once again a huge thanks to Kieran, who owned and resolved our issue.
