"Excellent and efficient service"

I was referred to Newmedica in Ipswich in August last year due to a bad cataract in my left eye and a smaller on in my other eye. I was accessed and an appointment was made to have the operation in September. The operation was very quick with no problems at all. On visiting my optician a month later it was agreed that due to the great vision difference now between my eyes that the other cataract should be done which happened in December. Once again the appointment was made in Ipswich and the operation carried out with no problems. In January this year I found that the vision in my right eye was not as clear as my left eye, I contacted Newmedica and went to their Bury St Edmunds clinic to have it checked. They said that everything seemed to be ok and that the vision should return to normal in a few weeks. This has now happened and both eyes give the same accuracy of vision which is clear and provide very good vision at distance, I only now need reading glasses for close up work. I found my whole experience with Newmedica very satisfying, I was thinking that these operations could take months or longer to complete but they seem to have the process very well organised and I can't praise them enough.
