"Waiting times way too long"

Even in third world countries you don't wait more than 2 hours to be seen by a doctor... Talking to someone in the waiting area of A&E, that person was waiting for more than 7 hours to be seen, and we've been waiting for at least 6... Nice friendly staff, but you make us think you're doing this because you're hoping we give up and leave... Some people have babies at home, can't stay up all night waiting and then go home and stay awake all day too and be fine. Think about that too when you prioritize your work.
