"Felt invisible "

About: Highfield Hospital

2 days later and I still don’t know if the op was successful. Felt too ill to ask questions before I left but was told there was info in a pack.

There was sheet not filled out! Tried to ring but still waiting for nurse to get back to me. I thought I was speaking to a nurse when I phoned who was giving me vague advice, then found out she was the ward secretary.

I have absolutely no idea what’s happening.

Never had any problems with NHS and will be staying with them in the future.
