"Cleanliness is fabulous"

About: Lurgan Hospital / Ward 2

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I arrived through the ED last week I was waiting on the ambulance for about an hour, although I understand the circumstances. The nurses are very friendly and the food is just alright. The cleanliness however is fabulous, the floors are shining and there isn’t a speck of dust on any of the furniture.

We always welcome feedback whether its positive or negative to be able to feedback to my team. This enables us to make any changes if required.

It is lovely to hear that our staff are friendly and the cleanliness is fabulous the team works very hard to accomplish this.

All feedback is greatly appreciated and I will pass on all your lovely comments to the whole team in Ward 2.
