"Wonderful people making a difference each day"

About: Borders General Hospital / Accident & Emergency Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a service user),

Every single member of staff I met with on my unplanned visit this week was just wonderful! From the paramedics and technicians who picked me up, the amazing A&E staff, the porters, the lovely people who brought me lunch and a cuppa, the people who very reassuringly carried out lots of tests and the specialists I met with. I cannot thank you enough! We are so lucky to have the NHS and  such wonderful people making a difference every day.

Dear ShoeMO

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read that you required the use of our services and that of the wider NHS Scotland. I do hope that you are feeling better now.

You have given such lovely feedback and if you would like we can arrange for this to be fedback to the crew that attended you. If you would like for this to happen may I ask you to email sas.feedback@nhs.scot and provide us with the date/time and address that we attended you, this will allow us to locate the call. If you would also be kind enough to make reference to your CareOpinion username in the email that would be great as the team can then link your email to this story.

Thanks again for your feedback and I wish you all the very best.

Kind Regards

Alan
