About: General practices in Forth Valley

(as a service user),

Have suffered leg/hip/knee pain several months, finally got ANP to agree to refer for x-ray to try to establish cause - 4 weeks later still no appointment, called surgery, not sure if done, called x-ray dept - confirmed no referral sent.

very anxious and upset as pain much worse and still no definitive cause - cant believe will have to wait a possible further 4 weeks before x-ray
