"Possibly unsafe for elderly and infirm patients"

My mother who is 90 attended SpaMedica Chelmsford on 10th May and received timely and successful cataract replacement. I was very concerned however to learn from her that, despite being infirm and at risk of falling she was denied help getting onto and off of the operating couch, including when suffering from cramp. A fall could have had serious consequences both for her and for the reputation of the service.
