"Amazing therapist"

I visit the building beside Brentford Group Practice. My therapist is unbelievably amazing. She strikes exactly the right balance of professional and empathetic. It’s difficult to believe she is a trainee.

I have had lots of therapists over the years and she has definitely been the most effective. She’s incredibly intelligent and I felt able to communicate and unpack some of my behaviours and thoughts.

I’m not ‘fixed’ but I feel I now have the tools to break the negative cycles. I can’t thank her enough. I love the NHS.
