"10 minute appointment changed everything "

I went to see the physio today as a last minute appointment as I was having a bad flare up of wrist pain I’ve been having for over 20 years. I’d just been fobbed off previously by drs that I had carpal tunnel or something similar and felt a bit hopeless that I would never get it fixed. The physio I saw today was amazing. He listened to me instead of trying to make me fit into a preconceived box. And now, after 20+ years of ongoing issues with my wrist, I’m finally being referred to have it investigated, and REAL prospects of some relief. I’ve never felt so heard in all my past medical life honestly. So happy with my appointment!
