"Appalling Lack of Care"

About: Albion Place Medical Practice

- you will find it near impossible to get through on the phones

- a shouty receptionist will tell you that you may not speak to the practice manager

- a shouty receptionist will offer to call you back and never, ever do it

- someone you have never met will change your drug type without consultation to one you have have had a severe allergic reaction to previously

- if you are housebound you will never get a Covid vaccine nor advice on what the heck to do even when listed as at risk/vulnerable

- requests from other agencies for home visits will be ignored as routine

- someone will leave platitudes in response to this and say feel free to speak to the Practice Manager

- return to top of the cycle

- join list of people desperate to find an alternative GP service. Anyone. Anywhere.
