Just had a telephone appointment that was booked about 10 days ago following filling in a long and detailed form using the online service.
The person who phoned me had not even read what I had written and clattered extremely noisily on their keyboard for the entirety of the short phone call. I came away in tears and frustrated that hadn't been listened to or given the opportunity to discuss my condition.
"Poor service"
