About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a service user),

I would like to thank all of the ENT staff (clinic O) at the New Victoria Hospital Glasgow, for three weeks I was having severe nose bleeds on and off, I was seen by Mr Ellul and had my procedure carried out the following day at the VACH Day Surgery Unit.

I would also like to thank all the staff in Day Surgery Unit for taking care of me, the staff were all very attentive and reassuring at all times so a great big Thank you to everyone from, you all do an amazing job.

Thanks very much for your post on Care Opinion and for taking the time to thank the ENT staff and the Day Surgery staff at the New Victoria Hospital. I am glad that the staff were attentive and reassuring. I am sure they will be delighted with your feedback.
