"Extra Special Care"

I have been to NewCross Hospital many times for various minor issues. I went there today at 7am after slipping and smashing my foot into a wall. Sober by the way. I was blown away today by how well organised the A&E department was. I was seen for triage quickly and then a lovely man called Justin from Minor Injuries called my name. He was a delight, very caring, thorough with a great sense of humour. He had my injury sorted with no fuss within minutes, he gave advice and I was on my way in 15 minutes. People like this need to be valued.
