23 attempts to get through to the surgery over the phone. Receptionists that seem to hate their job and everyone that is there. A doctor who seemed like he couldn't be bothered which made it easier to get blood out of a stone than information from himself. A completely useless place and a waste of your time and the NHS' funds.
