"Great staff service"

I was having a problem with a repeat prescription, as I had run out of my blood pressure tablet and was feeling very anxious. I spoke to a receptionist who got another member of staff to call me back. She explained how the repeat prescription works, and reassured me, everything would be ok.

Thank you to member of staff who was able to have time to explain to me about my medication repeat prescription. All has been sorted!!
