About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I went for a gastroscopy in Hairmyres Day Surgery unit.

The service from start to finish was exemplary.

The charge nurse Pauline relaxed me and made me feel so safe. The process was so efficient and very well organised.

The staff were lovely attentive and made the whole experience less stressful for me.

Thank you for your exceptionally kind words regarding the care and treatment you received whilst attending University Hospital Hairmyres, Day Surgery Unit.

I am so pleased our staff were able to allay any fears and anxiety you may have had when attending for your procedure.

Our staff are so happy and encouraged when they receive positive feedback from patients; gives them a real boost to feel all their hard wok and dedication is appreciated.
