A very poor experience

"A very poor experience"

About: St Lukes Hospice

(as a relative),

Never the same person. No communication between them, patient left alone for  long periods.

No effort to feed or to try physiotherapy.

Deeply disappointed as thought St Lukes Kenton was a good place to be placed.

Sadly a very poor experience.
