Thank you for taking the time to post as a relative on your experience with our falls pharmacist.

Apologies in our delay responding- I had an IT glitch with the system

I have passed on your feedback to my falls pharmacist and team working to review medications when patients are at a risk of a fall.

We appreciate that falls have a great impact on our patient's lives and hopefully the review of medications goes towards reducing the risk of other falls and having the opportunity to optimise medication regimens as best we can for your relative.
