I requested repeat HRT via the app today & asked for a particular pump treatment.thereis a national shortage of the treatment. The practice called and texted and advised which pharmacy had in stock. I appreciate the extreme pressures on the practice and despite of that they were person centred, and so helpful. Thanks to all that helped me today

We have set up a dedicated team in the surgery which deals with medication queries. It is very encouraging to know that they were able to provide you with a quick advice as which pharmacy had your medication in stock.
