(as the patient),

At the start of therapy I couldn’t even go to the shop without having a major panic attack before. With Esme’s massive help I am basically back to where I was before I developed agoraphobia! I can now go out like before and not worry about it. Esme is the nicest woman I have ever spoke to, she made me feel amazing and really listened and praised me when I done something good which made me want to do better I’m so happy with where I am now! I am so happy to be where I am now!

Thank you for sharing your experience with Inclusion Thurrock. I am sorry to hear that you was struggling with agoraphobia and that you wasn’t able to go to the shop without having a panic attack. This must have been a tough time for you so well done for having the courage to reach out for help.

I am pleased to hear that you are now able to go out like before and not worry about it. You deserve to be happy and should be so proud of yourself for wanting to do better and for all of your hard work.
