"Many thanks for a positive experience at a difficult time"

My mother became acutely unwell and we attended ED RVH in the early morning, mid April 2022.

My mum was quickly attended to and S/N Melissa was professional and caring towards my mum and promptly assessed her and moved her to majors. ED is an extremely busy place but we continued to be treated with care and professionalism. Doctor Sandi and S/N Cora were prompt in their assessment and care of my mum. Following IV medication plans were made to follow up the next day with a CT scan and further IV’s. This plan suited mum as it kept her out of hospital.

We attended zone B the next day and everything went smoothly and swiftly, with further assessment and treatments from Doctor Josh and Deputy Sister Elaine, who were both lovely as was all the team.
