"Terrible place"

About: Dr M Suares' Practice

If you are lucky to get through on the phone you are then greeted by a receptionist who can’t be bothered dealing with your enquiry and asks a fair few questions to tell you there’s no appointments. They then get frustrated if you require more help. There are never appointments and trying to get a repeat prescription is a task within itself. If you make it the surgery you get dismissed but can see others be politely greeted. Not sure if this because I’m not originally from the Knowsley area

Dear Patient,

Thank you for taking the time to providing your feedback on the services provided at Pilch Lane Surgery. I am the Practice Manager and I am very sorry to hear of your experience. I would very much like to investigate your concerns, and therefore would appreciate if you could write to me and provide more information on your experience. We value all feedback and we can only make improvements when we have all the details. Your feedback has been shared with the practice team and your comments are very much appreciated by the whole practice.

Thank you
