"Excellent care"

I was an in-patient in Ward T14 North, Trauma Ward, due to an ear problem.

The nursing staff and level of care were excellent, and I was well looked after.

My one concern is that I wasn't given information upon discharge, telling me what to expect with regard to the ear problem and that it would take time to settle down even after completing my course of antibiotics. I had to seek out advice from my GP after I was back home (and contacting a GP nowadays is time-consuming and difficult).
