"Left me sitting in Reception "

I was early. Receptionist told me to wait in Reception. 15 minutes after my appointment time, I checked with Receptionist, someone with a later time was called. Receptionist sent me down, where staff ignored me. I had to keep asking, in order to have my appointment half an hour late. Cavendish blamed Reception desk!
