About: Lurgan Hospital / Ward 2 Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to lurgan hospital a few weeks ago by the ambulance, the ambulance did not take long to arrive which was great as I was very tired and couldn’t wait to just get into bed. All the staff have been great in lurgan a lot more chatty and friendly than where I was before. The food has been okay, I am not a big eater so the food is not a big part of my stay here. Lurgan hospital has been very lovely and I enjoy the physio sessions because I feel like I am definitely making a big improvement. The physios are so supportive and really help me to stay positive and open minded. The cleanliness on ward 2 is just brilliant, the cleaners are always doing a great job.
