"The staff are brilliant"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a service user),

I arrived here on Tuesday via the ambulance. It took around 30 minutes to arrive. The paramedics on scene were excellent, they were great at calming me down and getting me settled. I was straight in to the emergency department, seen to by the triage nurse, then brought here. The staff are brilliant and keep me well informed of my condition. We agree I am seeing a good improvement on my condition. The food is good and there is a good variety on offer for me. I am comfortable here and the ward is clean and tidy.
