I visited SDEC and was treated with great respect. They dealt with the matter in hand without pity and efficiently. The doctor whilst treating me gave me a little quiz and told me a little story which I cant explain how much that meant.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such kind feedback about your experience of care in our Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Unit; we do appreciate it.

The Trust has continually strived to provide a high standard of care in what has, and continues to be, extremely busy and challenging times, and so we are delighted to read this was your experience. It is also very important to us that patients are treated not only appropriately and professionally but with kindness, compassion, dignity and respect to meet our core values; and the quiz and story told by the doctor sound intriguing!
