"Kind and caring ambulance service"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service

(as a relative),

Dad took unwell in March and the ambulance crew were fantastic. Yes they were busy but when they arrived they were great they took such good care of him.  They were kind and caring  to dad and my mum who he helps look after.

We had to wait outside at A/E before we could get in but they continued to look after him and were so kind. I know the pressure everyone is under at the moment but just want to say thank you
