I felt very nervous for a blood test, having had negative experiences with needles from past treatments. The staff immediately put me at ease and understood my anxieties. The nurse who took my blood explained every step she took, taking her time to talk to me, even on a busy shift. I left with a lot more confidence in having my bloods taken, and felt very happy with the treatment I received. Thank you, NCH Blood Test Centre, and a very special thank you to the nurse who took my bloods! :)
