(as a parent/guardian),

Great service provided by one of the health service staff, Saba.

We had an appointment with the Speech and Language Therapist in the  community for my baby. She was very professional, always came in time, ready to listen. She had a professional attitude, very friendly and optimistic. What I liked most was that she looked on the entire picture to understand the medical problem and provided reassurance to my partner and myself.

I hope I will meet more professional people like her, as is what NHS need it.
