In my experience if I call the practice I’m on hold for an average of 40mins. The shortest it’s ever been is 20mins but even then that’s good because on occasion it doesn’t ring seeming like the phone has been taken off the hook.

I’ve been chasing a referral for chronic pain for almost 3months… - submit your request via the portal for it to be rejected. Submit another request via the portal and await a response in two weeks which will be you need a in person assessment. - no physical exam during the in person assessment but just told paper work is not on system. - Provide the paper work chase weekly & chased by reception still nothing! I’m sure there will also be a waiting list for the chronic pain clinic but thanks for prolonging my ordeal!
