"Answered quickly, seen quickly"

I’ve been in touch with the practice several times recently with some non-urgent issues. I’ve been able to get through on the phone within a minute or two, and been able get an appointment in a very acceptable timeframe (1-2 weeks for something minor and non-urgent), but much sooner when my daughter had a rash. The healthcare professionals (GP, MSK, ANP have been kind, attentive and given excellent advice). Given the negative press attention GP surgeries are getting at the moment I’ve been surprised by the excellent service from Westgate.
