About: Longton Health Centre

Had blood test over a week ago regarding HRT , mood, anxiety and rang today for results.! Had to chase myself!…. Receptionist asked if I would like a GP to call me back… we’ll yes! I’m asking for this result. Should GP not call ME when they have it? Receptionist said call you next Wednesday if you like and I said yes if I’m still here then! Absolute joke

If you would like to get in touch with the practice to speak to someone directly regarding the level of service you feel you have received then please do so. Should you feel that you need to speak to a clinician sooner than your given planned contact then please contact us as we have an emergency Duty GP available each day who is able to see patients where clinically appropriate. Our teams do strive to continue to provide a high standard of service to our patients and we are sorry that on this occasion we have not met your expectations.
