If you are over 80 don't expect anyone to be interested in you no matter what your problem is. I am 91 and have terminal cancer and I am disgusted with the way I have been treated. It is impossible to arrange a face to face appointment and when I have managed to get a telephone consultation I have great difficulty understanding what is said as I have hearing problems. I understand the difficulties the facing but still think some of these issues could be dealt with. What has happened to compassion and care for the old?
