(as the patient),

I attended the radiology department under the care of Helen, with nurses Gemma and Karen.

Throughout what can only be described as a surreal but not unpleasant procedure (I’ve definitely had worse!) the team kept me fully informed and at ease. Their chat was pretty entertaining too! 

I have left my appointment with a clear understanding of outcome and next steps.

The team are a credit to their department and indeed the NHS, thank you ☺️

We strive to deliver a service that is of high quality and patient focused and it is reassuring to hear that we got things right for you. The procedure you had was delivered by a team of specialist nurses, radiographers and health care support workers from different departments and this is an excellent example of great team work and multidisciplinary working.
