The staff in ward 3 were fantastic!

I was a contact for a patient that was admitted to ward 3 from A&E presenting very poor and on the verge of end of life. The care and support both day and night staff gave to the patient was nothing short of 1st class person-centred care.

The patient recently transferred to another ward with a better chance of survival due to the care provided by the elite staff of ward 3. Truly a credit to the hospital and NHS as a service.

I am so happy to read your glorious words of encouragement.

Our staff always strive to deliver excellent Person Centred Care to every patient and it certainly looks like ward 3 are getting it right.

I will certainly ensure your feedback is shared with the staff who I know will be so happy to hear.
