"Not all superheroes wear capes"

A big thank you to your a&e staff who cared for me when I was admitted to Wishaw university hospital after a couple of epilepsy seizures and a serious head wound, Thank you to the nurse who dealt with my seizure in triage and the emergency care nurses Siobhan and Claire who cared for me and got me discharged.

Thanks to these nurses and doctors I got home to my beautiful wee boy.

People slate the NHS but they don’t see the amazing work these people do. Not all superheroes wear capes. Not just the nurses - the cleaning staff do a great job. The ward I was on was spotless. Wishaw has got to be one of the cleanest hospitals I’ve been in.  Well done to all staff including all cleaners and porters.

PS - the shop is a bit overpriced lol.
