About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Theatres/Recovery Maternity care / Maternity Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to Daisy Hill Hospital's Maternity department for the birth of my daughter. The delivery itself was awful - I had to be induced and then rushed to theatre. The staff were all great during this time - excellent in fact - they managed to keep me calm during a stressful time. The theatre staff were also great - 10/10.

Everything up on the Maternity Ward has been great. The midwives have all also been brilliant. I would like to especially thank midwives Paula and Ruth on the labour ward - you both did an incredible job.

I have no suggestions for improvement.
