"Absolutely diabolical"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I visited Queens 20/4/22 19:30pm with my 2 year old daughter who had a high temperature and a rash, to be standing in a Queue for 2 1/2 hours, people pushing in front of people. To be triaged to 3 different people then a further 6 hours and still not seen in which I left and was told to return in the morning as there would be more doctors working.I can not believe there is no separate children's urgent treatment to adults this is disgusting. There is no Order of priority of illness.

I returned 21/4/22 8am to be told it’s a 2 hour wait which turned into 8 hours, triaged twice and finally was sent around to children’s A&E.

@BHR TRUST you really need to look at the figures, turn around times are awful, your putting peoples life’s at risk.@CQC need to take a look at this department.

Worse experience this trust is a joke.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, the Urgent Treatment Centre is not managed by Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS Hospital Trust it is managed by Partnership of East London Co-operative (PELC). We work very closely with the PELC Management Team and will ensure your feedback is passed onto them so that they are aware, however if you would like to contact them directly, they can be contacted on 0208 911 1130 or by email, pelc.feedback@nhs.net. Once again, thank you for taking the time to make us aware of your feedback.

Kind Regards
