I was at my GP Practice and my GP (Dr D'Arcy) noticed an unusual mole on my arm. She referred me to Dermatology to have this looked at. I received an appointment within a couple of weeks. I attended SCH Dermatology (Barbara) and was advised that it would need to be removed and an appointment was arranged. I attended Day Surgery, David and Maureen put me at ease, keeping the conversation going to keep my mind off what was happening. The removal went smoothly and I was given advice when leaving on how to care for my wound and what to expect next with each different outcome/scenario. Huge thanks to all involved, its much appreciated.

It is brilliant to hear that everything went smoothly through every contact you had. That is the level we aim for, but it doesn't always work out that way, so it is heartening to hear when we get things right as well as when we could do better.

Hopefully everything is healing as planned and you are well on the way to recovery.
