"Everyone was brilliant"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

Today I visited the Queen Margaret hospital in Dunfermline for my triple hernia operation. From the first person who greeted me at the door to the reception staff, the nurses and Mr. Bennet the surgeon, everyone was brilliant. So caring and helpful and I really like how they explained everything in clear detail. The lady who cleaned the ward was lovely and also helpful as I need a face mask.

Everyone a total credit to the NHS.

I’m home now reading all the information leaflets. Clear information. All in all I’m a very happy 63 year old tonight and hoping my recovery goes without a hitch.

Thankyou everyone.
