"Great option for urgent needs"

After struggling to get an appointment for my husband to see his GP and being only offered a phone consult days later, when he needed to be seen for a very nasty ear infection; we tried this urgent treatment centre. We had to travel from Grays, but it was far better than waiting around. He was seen within an hour of arriving there, and prescribed antibiotics for a serious inner-ear infection, which left untreated much longer could have become a very big problem. The staff were all courteous and kind and I couldn't be more pleased that we opted to try this urgent treatment centre over waiting for my husband's GP to chat with him over the phone and probably not prescribe antibiotics because he wouldn't have been able to see clear evidence of a bacterial infection. For complaints that need to be actually seen, especially if you have a GP who is still avoiding in person appointments, I highly recommend utilising this treatment center.
