"Outstanding care for my mother in law"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Medicine (Wards 5 & 8)

(as a relative),

I just want to thank all staff in Ward 5 at Wishaw General Hospital. The care my mother in law received during her stay was faultless. 

Sadly my mother in Law passed away. 

The last week of her life, all staff were just amazing to both my mother in law and to us. It was such a hard time but nothing was ever too much bother. They were so accommodating. 

All the staff deserve the recognition. Amazing team work throughout the full ward. 

Thank you ward 5 for looking after her in her final journey.

Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your mother in law.

I would like to thank you on behalf of our staff for taking the time during this very sad time for you and your family to share your exceptionally kind words of encouragement, regarding the care and compassion extended to your mother in law during her final days in wards 5 and 8 of University Hospital Wishaw.

Our staff work really hard to deliver the best care to patients and family members; it will be my pleasure to share your words of encouragement with them.

I hope you and your family are coping as well as can be expected at this sad time.
