My mum had a fall outside and injured her elbow, it was very sore, swollen and badly cut. We called 111 the following morning, we waited 20 minutes for our call to be answered, we were happy with that as we were advised the wait would be 30 minutes. Audrey who answered the call was friendly, polite and helpful, my mum the spoke to Jen, a Physiotherapist who advised we would receive a call back from the local flow navigation centre (Glasgow), which we did, following that call a video appointment with Dr Roy was arranged. Again Dr Roy couldn't have been more helpful, he arranged for my mum to be seen at her local Minor injuries unit an hour later, my mum was seen, had an x ray, dressing cleaned and dressed and we were back home by the early afternoon. Thankfully nothing was broken. We received a great service form start to finish. Thanks to all involved in her care
"Excellent care for my mum after a fall"
