(as a service user),

I have been seriously unwell and the staff really took it upon themselves to help me, I was feeling a little faint and tired when coming in to ask for an appointment and a really kind receptionist called Asia came in to help me. She gave me some water and took her time in getting to the root of my issue. She really made me feel like I was valued I was not a burden to anyone when raising my concerns. :)

Such lovely feedback, we will make sure Asia reads this. I'm so glad she was able to help you and make you feel more comfortable and to feel valued. That is such an important thing for all of us. (apologies for late response as I was on annual leave). Receptionists play such an important (and difficult) role and it is lovely for them to get such nice feedback. Thank you so much.
